Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Returns (Physical Products)

Products are shipped as physical goods. Returns may be available for eligible orders as described in this Policy.

2. Return Window and Eligibility

Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, returns/refunds are available only if you request a return within 7 days of delivery and the Product is returned in its original condition (unused, unmarked, and with original packaging, if any), subject to inspection/verification. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item delivered) or a verified defect/damage at delivery.

• To request a return, email us with your order ID, delivery date, and reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the Product and packaging.

• If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. You must dispatch the Product within 3 days of approval unless we specify otherwise. Unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect/damage at delivery, you are responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss during return transit.

• We may refuse returns for Products that are damaged due to misuse, are missing pages/components, or show signs of use (including writing, highlighting, or markings), except where required by applicable law.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• you receive a Product that is materially damaged or defective at the time of delivery; or

• you receive the wrong Product (wrong title/edition) compared to your order confirmation.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/unboxing video evidence (where reasonably available) to support claims for damage/defect/wrong item. If verified, we will, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

What we may do: (at our discretion)

• arrange a replacement shipment;

• or arrange pickup/return (where available) or provide return instructions; 

• or issue a refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Time to report: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damage/defect/wrong item issues, and within 7 days of delivery for eligible returns.

4. Duplicate Payment / Incorrect Charge

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns for: (a) Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page; (b) Products returned without original packaging (if any) or with missing components; (c) Products that are used, written on, highlighted, or otherwise not in original condition.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend or cancel processing of the relevant order (if not yet shipped) while we investigate. We reserve the right to provide the payment processor with order, shipping, and delivery records to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

7. How to Request Support/Refund

Email us with:

• Order ID / transaction ID;

• Registered email/phone used at checkout;

• Product name;

• Description of the issue (screenshots if applicable).

8. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Product (or after return pickup is completed, if applicable) (timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment method).

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised. The Policy applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time of purchase.
